It takes a bit of forethought to prepare for something you haven’t done before. This doesn’t necessarily mean the task is difficult but preparation often smooths the road. So, how do you prepare for your Field Control Therapy (FCT) Protocol?
The first priority is storing your energetic vials/signals in a low electromagnetic field (EMF) location. Exposing your vials to EMF compromises the energetic signal you will give your body. We do not want that.
Where is this low EMF location? You determine where this is in your home.

Many people use a closet, dresser drawer, or another electrically quiet area to store the vials. The bedroom is often ideal as we always want this to be a low EMF environment.
Read about a general overview of EMF and free, simple things you can do to reduce it.
We want to avoid fluorescent lighting, wifi routers, cordless phones, computers, magnetic fields from motors (fan, etc.), or placing them next to anything plugged in. Be conscious of what is on the other side of the wall or nearby even with floors and ceilings. Walls are not barriers to EMFs.
Do not refrigerate the vials or leave them in your car during seasons of extreme cold or heat.
There isn’t a NO EMF spot. Pick your best location and don’t stress. You’ve got this!
The Next Priority
This is not mandatory but I always find it helpful…make a No EMF to-do list. Here are some ideas:

Weeding/yard work
Repot plants
Clean out /reorganize an area
Journal
Exercise- hiking, yoga, etc.
Kitchen work (but avoid electric appliances)
Reading
Cleaning (that doesn’t require a vacuum)
Hobbies- puzzles, building a terrarium, etc.
Camping
Board or card games
Inevitably, I never get my list done. And that’s ok. I stayed occupied while giving myself the option of napping if needed. Incorporating the vials isn’t a big deal. Easy-peasy.
It’s honestly freeing and refreshing to switch it up and unplug for a bit.
Protocol Time
It’s time! You’ve done your prep work and have the timer ready.
Avoid eating or drinking for two minutes before and after taking a drop.

Take one drop. Under your tongue is preferred but as long as it makes contact with the inside of your mouth, you’re good. If you accidentally give yourself two or three drops, it’s okay, but one drop is sufficient.
The theory is that by providing your body with this energetic/information/frequency signal, you are stimulating it to respond energetically to that issue. It could be a signal/drop related to strengthening an area. It could be a signal specific to an energetic ‘block’/issue. There may be two signals working together in one drop. It’s all based on your results from the Field Control Therapy testing.
At this point, you are just following your protocol schedule of when to take the drops and avoiding electromagnetic fields. Typically, in 48 hours, you are done and can return to EMF if needed.

A reminder to give yourself grace! We are asking your body to energetically perform some tasks. If you are tired, take a nap. This isn’t the time to stress your body. Some people experience tiredness, headache, diarrhea, nausea, or other changes while taking the protocol. Others do not. It may vary from one protocol to another. If you do experience changes, make sure you are not being exposed to EMF as this can intensify headaches, etc. Relax and take it easy as your body processes the signals.
If you forget to take a drop, take it as soon as you can. Pick up where you left off. Set a timer! Otherwise, you WILL forget. It is important to stick to the schedule. The exception is sleep. If you are sleeping and it’s time for the next drop, feel free to rest and take it when you awake.

You may continue to experience changes in your body even weeks after completing your protocol. I continue to be amazed by the client’s feedback, but it makes sense considering how complex and interconnected the body is. It can be a positive ripple effect.
Good job taking care of you!
