Why am I talking about Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) & EMF Protection?

First, they are harmful and we are exposed to EMF 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, they are part of our modern society.

Secondly, it is your job to limit EMF when you take your protocol (typically two days). The bad EMF interferes with the good EMF – read on.

Where does EMF come from and how does EMF interfere with our bodies?

EMF sources include computers, mobile phones, TV, radio towers, WIFI, smart meters, automobiles, fluorescent lights, dimmer switches, electric shavers, cordless phones, Bluetooth, power lines, electric toothbrushes, wireless devices, laptops/computers, baby monitors, and more.

These all produce artificial electromagnetic fields that stress our bodies.

For example, at the time of this writing, there are 13 towers and 126 antennas located within a three-mile radius of the Hudson High School in Wisconsin.

Did you know there are also good electromagnetic fields? All the cells in your body communicate via electrical impulses. We are electromagnetic beings.

We know now that communication between cells of the body is facilitated by biophotons, biological light particles, which represent the quantum (smallest unit) of electromagnetic radiation. The biophotons of healthy people (and animals and plants) are strong and organized. All of our physical functions, as well as thoughts, emotions, and actions, are accompanied by biophoton communication between cells. These subtle energies operate at lightning speed, much faster than chemical reactions or transmissions of nerve impulses.

It’s important to know that biophoton signals are blocked when we’re under the kind of subliminal stress caused by electropollution (bad EMF). The bottom line is that electropollution is continually disturbing – whether you know it or not – your sympathetic nervous system, which elevates your fight-and-flight response that in turn raises cortisol, your stress hormone. Fluctuations in cortisol lead to numerous health disorders ranging from belly fat and thinning skin to even more serious health problems like erratic sleep patterns, accelerated aging, reduced immunity, cardiovascular disease, blood sugar ups and downs, autoimmune disease, and mood disturbances. For most of us today, unnatural exposure to artificial frequencies is constant, and often unavoidable, due to the rapidly escalating wireless nature of our society within the past decade.

Your body needs to regenerate, especially during sleep. Remember this for children as well. They have higher electromagnetic sensitivity due to their size and thinner skulls.

We aren’t about doom and gloom though. Here are simple, free things you can do to significantly decrease your EMF exposure:

  • Keep electronic equipment out of your bedrooms. The side table next to your head is one of the worst places to have electronic equipment.
  • Turn off navigation, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular data on your phone if not being used.
  • Turn off your wireless router when not in use and definitely at night. It radiates about 600 feet.
  • Get rid of cordless phones. They still produce EMF even when not in use.
  • Unplug electrical appliances when not in use. They still emit EMF when turned off. Lamps often measure especially high.
  • Keep your mobile phone away from your body as much as possible. Don’t carry it in your bra, pocket, etc. Use speaker mode or wired headphones for calls. Do not sleep near it.
  • Be conscious of what is on the other side of the wall and even above and below you. Walls, ceilings, and floors do not offer EMF protection.

There are devices out there to help with EMF protection, however, be very careful as many of these are useless or attract more EMF!
