Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)

Why am I talking about EMF?

First, they are harmful and most of us are exposed to EMF 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, they are part of our modern society.

Secondly, it is your job to limit EMF when you take your protocol (typically two days). Basically the bad EMF interferes with the good EMF - read on.

Where does EMF come from?

Sources include computers, mobile phones, TV, radio towers, wifi, smart meters, automobiles, fluorescent lights, dimmer switches, electric shavers, cordless phones, household appliances, power lines, bluetooth, wireless devices and more.

These all produce artificial electromagnetic fields that stress our bodies.

Did you know there are also good electromagnetic fields? All the cells in your body communicate via electrical impulses. We are electromagnetic beings.

We aren’t about doom and gloom though. Here are simple, free things you can do to significantly reduce your EMF exposure:

  • Your body needs to regenerate, especially during sleep. Remember this for children as well. They are more vulnerable to EMF's due to their size and thinner skulls.

  • Keep electronic equipment out of your bedrooms. The side table next to your head is one of the worst places to have electronic equipment.

  • Turn off navigation, bluetooth, wifi, and cellular data on your cell phone if not being used.

  • Turn off your wireless router when not in use and definitely at night. It radiates about 600 feet.

  • Get rid of cordless phones. They still produce EMF even when not in use.

  • Unplug electrical appliances when not in use.

  • Keep your mobile phone away from your body as much as possible. Don't carry it in your bra, pocket, etc. Use speaker mode or wired headphones for calls. Do not sleep with it near your head.

  • Be conscious of what is on the other side of the wall and even above and below you. Walls are not a barrier to EMF's.

There are also devices out there to help reduce EMF, however, be very careful as many are useless or actually attract more EMF!
